Description

An etching depicting Conway (Conwy) Suspension Bridge, one of the first road suspension bridges in the world. Located in the medieval town of Conwy in North Wales, it is now only passable on foot. This etching was printed at the time of the bridge's completion. Presented glazed in a white mount and black and gilt-effect Hogarth-style frame. Inscribed with the date and location to the lower edge. Signed and dated to the left edge. On wove.

Condition

There is some mild foxing and discolouration. Some slight dirt trapped beneath the mount. Overall in good condition.
