Titled on the reverse. Presented in a gilt frame. There are various signatures on record for Tom Seymour (1844-1904) and this signature on this painting matches some of those and not others. The style and date is in keeping with Seymour and we have attributed it accordingly. Signed. On canvas on stretchers.
Condition
Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and craquelure. Inspection under UV light reveals some restoration. There are some small losses to the frame.
