A vibrant lithograph by Scottish painter and printmaker Tom Gentleman (1882–1966). One of his most popular prints, 'The Grey Horses' was produced in the 1940s as part of a series of twenty-four lithographs that aimed to bring contemporary art to young children. 'The School Prints' series was printed in England at the Baynard Press. The work is signed within the print to the lower left and is well presented in an oak frame. On paper.
Condition
Slight discolouration to the paper, but artwork is otherwise in very good condition. The frame is in very good condition.
