Thomas Lee London - Original 18th Century Antiques. A very impressive longcase clock. The brass face is signed Thomas Lee, London. The three chain movement strikes on 8 bells and plays a traditional English tune as well as striking the time. In a late 18th century oak and mahogany longcase case with fluted pilasters with brass terminals and brass roses on the pediment. Height 228 not including the brass finial. Photographed without the weights in place. Complete with pendulum, weights. This was working fine when we moved house, but we have not attempted to start it since we have been in this house.
