A delightful depiction of a street leading up to Canterbury Cathedral in Kent. The artist captures the scene in a loose, sketch-like manner showing that the artist most likely painted this en plein air. Signed to the lower left and dated 28th July 1835 to the reverse. Presented in a wash line mount. On paper.
