A finely detailed lithograph with hand colouring by Thomas Goldsworthy Dutton (1820-1891) after Nicholas Matthews Condy (1818-1851). The scene depicts 'The Leda' traversing a tempestuous sea. The yacht belongs to the Royal Western Yacht Club and flies the blue ensign, a privilege granted to the club by warrant from Queen Victoria. Inscribed within the plate. On paper.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age, including some discolouration, foxing, and marks to the paper. Some small scratches to the upper left. Tear to the lower edge, which has been repaired.
