A stunning mid 19th century brass bound writing slope. Of the finest quality. The rosewood shows outstanding colour and figure. The exterior condition is superb. The original brass carrying handles and lock are marks of superior quality. The interior is only partly present and the skiver needs replacing - I would personally discard the interior and use it as a gorgeous workbox. 40 x 25 x 14 cm.
