In good condition overall, with minor surface marks. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration. Some scuffs to the frame.

Artist Biography
Stewart Charles Hine (1928-2018) was by profession an electronic engineer, however, he was skilled in painting, writing, photography, sailing and classic cars among other things. A talented and versatile artist, Hine was a member of the Guild of Aviation Artists. Best known for his depictions of railways and aeroplanes, Hine was also keen on landscapes and portraits. Examples of his work are included in the collections of the Fleet Air Arm Museum, the London Transport Museum and the Imperial War Museum.
