A fine little picture by the listed artist, Sir John James Stewart, 5th Bt. of Allanbank whose pictures have been solf at Christies and other notable auction houses. The full title and date is inscribed to lower- "Conwy Castle from The Quay Aug 6th 1843". Signed. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration.
