Description

A detailed etching of a rural landscape, with a large oak tree, hay cart and laborers. Inscribed 'Spicer's Lane July 1914' and partially signed 'David'. On very fine tissue-like paper with plate marks. Signed illegibly. On laid.

Condition

There is a large crease across the lower right corner, and two creases across the upper right corner, as shown. Some foxing and discolouration.
