The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and minor pin holes in both the top left and right hand corners.

Artist Biography

Ronald Morton was an English artist born in 1918. Morton Worked in London and the South West of England for most of his life. He was recognised for his vibrant landscapes, still life studies and portraits but perhaps, but is best known for his harbour scenes in an expressionist style. Morton also made a few linocut prints. His wife was also a painter.
