Holmes studied art at Willesden College of Art before WW2. He served in the RAF as a Pilot on Lancasters in Europe, and Dakotas in India, Australia, and the Far East.
He taught at the Central School and then after spending some three decades as an Industrial Designer and Manufacturer. He taught painting at the Salisbury College of Art and with the Dorset and Wiltshire Adult Education Classes.| SKU | qh355 |
