Artist Biography
Robin Mackertich lived in Cambridge although she had been born in India. She studied at the Wimbledon School of Art and The Slade from 1937-1939, returning to her studies in 1946 following Army service during the Second World War. Her work owes much stylistically to her Mentor, Carel Weight.
She was member of the New English Society and the RBA.
