The artist has signed and dated to the lower right corner and the painting has been presented in a brown frame with gilt inner window. Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. There is a canvas repair to the reverse at the lower right corner which has been fully restored at the front. There is a slight paint loss at the man's left shoulder. Slight scuffing to the frame.
