Artist Biography
Robert Frank Thirkettle (1849-1916) is a little-known painter who was member of the Yorkshire Union of Artists and who was vice-president of that society based in Leeds. Mainly a watercolour landscape painter, he also showed at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool.
