Some marks and light wear to the painted wooden frame. The oil itself is in very good condition with no signs of restoration.

Artist Biography
Rita Greig was born in Norwich, Norfolk and trained as a designer in London, after which she taught art. Greig regularly exhibited at the Royal Academy, Galerie George, Patterson Fine Arts, London, Alpine Gallery, London and at the Mall Galleries, London. Examples of her paintings are in the collection of the Chase Manhattan Bank. She retired to South Devon with husband, and fellow artist Donald Greig, where she resided until her death in 2011.
