Artist Biography
After graduating with an Honours Degree in Fine Art Painting & Art History from Birmingham College of Art & Design in 1973, Richard Pottas devoted his life to education through art. In 2005 he gave up his position as Head of the Expressive Arts Faculty & Head of Art to concentrate on his studio painting in Whitby.
