Richard Harding Seddon PRWS - Original 1966 Mixed Media. With pen and ink, wash and collaged elements. Signed. There is a 10cm tear to the right edge and another 5cm to the lower edge. Wear to corners of the board and some discolouration.

Richard Harding Seddon PRWS (1915-2002) was born in Sheffield, Yorkshire. He worked as a fine art tutor and columnist as well as working as an artist himself.
