Richard Harding Seddon PRWS - Original 1958 Gouache. The location and date- 1958- are inscribed in the lower right corner but with 'RWS Autumn '73 inscribed on the reverse. Unsigned. Painted on a page from a sketchbook, laid on another sheet. Lower right corner has been re-attached. Some creasing but primarily to the backing paper, otherwise in fine condition.

Richard Harding Seddon PRWS (1915-2002) was born in Sheffield, Yorkshire. He worked as a fine art tutor and columnist as well as working as an artist himself.
