Baseleer employs an impressionistic style with subtle impasto, providing striking texture and vitality to the composition. Signed to the lower right. Well presented in a gilt frame with a fluted cove and foliate corner ornaments. On canvas on stretchers.
Condition
Signs of wear consistent with age, including some discolouration and undulation to the canvas. The frame is in very good condition. However, the artwork is in good condition overall.
