Signed and dated to the lower right-hand corner. Location inscribed to the lower left. Well-presented in a brown card mount and in a simple gilt effect frame. On watercolour paper.

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and minor foxing. Some Marks to the mount. Small scuffs to the frame.
