R.A.T.S. - Original 1919 Pen and Ink Drawing. Monogrammed and Dated and Inscribed. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration.

From an album of illustrations by William Edgar Shawcross dated from 1899-1919. Most are by Shawcross himself, but other artists include L.M. Holloway, Albert E Bennett, W.H. Askwith and Edgar A Holloway. Whether they are different pseudonyms used by Shawcross is something we are unable to confirm.
