Peter is well known as a wildlife artist and illustrator. His first love is painting in watercolour; although he also uses oils, produces dry-point etchings and sculpts in clay, when the mood takes him. He has had numerous one-man exhibitions in Britain and abroad. He has illustrated many books, the latest being the ‘Secret Lives’ series written by Dominic Couzens. He is now beginning a major full colour volume on the birds of Suffolk. He has travelled widely and has been included on many international wildlife art projects. He is a long standing member of the Society of Wildlife Artists. He is happiest when a painting is going well and when he is out in the wild with his sketch book; recoding the power and beauty of birds and other wildlife.
