Artist Biography
Percy Tarrant was a prolific children's book and magazine illustrator and the father of Margaret Tarrant. He exhibited at the RA, RBA, ROI, RI and at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool. He was born in Wandsworth and died in Surrey.
