Paul Stephens

An eye-catching series of pointillist paintings from a series of works by the British artist Paul Stephens (b.1957).

Developed by French artists Georges Seurat and Paul Signac in the 1880s, Stephens takes this form of Post-Impressionism based on scientific color theory and reinvents the process through a contemporary lens, contrasting the technique with a signature bold, arresting palette.
