Paul Manousso was born in Athens in 1930. He studied architecture at The Architectural Association School of Architecture in London and painting at The British School of Art and Archaeology in Rome. From 1958-1972, Manoussol ran a private architectural practice in London, during which time he won numerous awards for his work. He moved to New York in 1972, where he spent two years studying at The New York School of Painting, Drawing and Sculpture. Over the last thirty years, Manousso has travelled and painted extensively in Greece, North Africa and India.
