A charming pen and ink study with watercolour and graphite detail by Bristol Savages member Patrick Collins. The scene shows a rickety Victorian pier surrounded by atmospheric grey skies. Well presented in a double card mount and wood frame. With a dated, titled and inscribed exhibition label on the reverse.
Bristol Savages was founded by artists in 1904, since then they have been joined by musicians and other talented and varied entertainers, amateur and professional, plus lay members who in fact make up the greater part of the membership.

There is some light discolouration to the page, otherwise in fine condition.
