The artist Patricia Howells studied at Cardiff College of Art and gained the National Diploma in Design. Howells was teacher and established her art studio in Chepstow in 1975. In 1986, Patricia was elected as a member of the Society of Botanical Artists. Her work has been exhibited extensively in the UK.
