Description

A wonderfully delicate pair of miniature portraits depicting a young man and woman. The young gentleman holds a bucket on his head while he hold his hat, he is well dressed in a red waistcoat and blue cravat. The young lady is depicted holding a large basket while she walks with a dog. On wove laid to wove. Dated.

Condition

Overall the condition is very good for pictures of this age, with very little discolouration. Some undulation to the backing paper and an uneven edge to the right side.
