Two original pen and ink illustrations intended for a booklet entitled 'Seats of Horsemanship'. Various rulings and notes for the organisation of the booklet can be found around the exterior of the illustrations. Unsigned.
Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration.

From a small collection of original pen and ink illustrations for a Moss Bros Booklet. The Covent Garden based tailors produced numerous booklets and pamphlets intended to be given away with the purchase of a new suit. Various titles include 'Correct Dress for Horse & Rider', 'Riding Clothes & Saddlery', 'Some Notes on the Chase', and 'A History of Hunting Costume'.
