Description

A delightful study of Lady Beauclerk, wife of Lord Charles Beauclerk (1813-1861). Presented in a dark wood frame with oval window. Signed illegibly with initials. Handwritten label fixed to the reverse with the sitters name. On bone-like substrate.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and surface dirt. Marks and scuffs to the frame.
