A charming 20th Century pastel portrait of a young woman in a striking red dress and green hat. The artist has signed to the lower right corner and the drawing has been presented in a 20th Century frame with double card mount. There is a label at the reverse with the artist's name and title of the piece. On paper.

Artist Biography

Mauren Jordan was a member of the Society of Botanical Artists and her work is shown in various mixed and shared exhibitions in London and occasionally outside London. For many years she has shared a two man show at the Llewellyn Alexander gallery. She had a solo show at Jensen Fine Arts, New York, and took part in a mixed exhibition in Nantucket USA, both organised by Stephanie Hoppen.
Her work is in private collections in the UK, France, Jersey, America, Australia, South Africa, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan.
