Matt Bruce's work has been exhibited at The Royal Academy, Royal West of England Academy, Royal Institute of watercolours Painters and the Royal Society of British Artists. He was a teacher at Varndean Grammar School for Boys, Brighton between 1948 to 1972. Many of his works are inspired by his travels around Europe.
