Marie Adler, born March 31, 1863 moved to Vienna after her marriage to Heinrich Adler, a journalist. She went to an Art school and studied etching with Ludwig Michalek, a respected Viennese etcher. Her work includes various etchings showing European streets scenes and buildings.
