A sanguine conte study of a head. Presented in a wash line mount and a distressed gilt-effect wooden frame. Signed and dated to the lower-left edge. Pastel Society exhibition label on the verso which includes the title. On wove.


There are some chips to the frame, primarily at the upper-left edge. Overall in very good condition.
