A large house and lighthouse can be seen on the opposite shores as a sailing boat passes across the water. Well-presented in a white mount and thin wooden frame with gilt inner. Title inscribed in graphite to the lower-left edge. Signed in graphite to the lower-right edge. On wove.

Some minor foxing and discolouration, including to the mount. Some minor scuffs to the top corners of the frame. Overall in good condition.
