The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and foxing. With minor surface marks.

Artist Biography
Margaret Aulton was an artist who specialised in etchings of historic buildings. In 1925 the Bodley Head published her Fair Touraine: Stories and Legends of the Loire with 90 illustrations. She lived in Birmingham during the 1920's and this etching dates from that period.
