Condition
The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. There is craquelure across the surface, focussed in several areas where the canvas has been impacted. Two stretcher lines are visible at the top and right edges. The frame has general dirtying and several small losses to the gilt and plaster work at the front face and heavy losses to the gilt and plaster at the returned edges.
