M. S. Jeffs - Fine Original 1813 Pen and Ink Drawing. Hull from Barton ferry - 6.5 miles, the Humber 3 miles over - inscribed and dated to the upper right. Inscribed and dated. On wove. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and a few very minor foxing spots.

From an early 19th Century sketching album traditionally attributed to M S Jeffs. One of the drawings was pasted to a fragment of a calling card printed with that name. Drawings and watercolours are variously dated from 1810 to 1838.
