Description

A humorous coloured engraving that was published by Hunt in January 1882. The scene shows a man clumsily shaving his face with a blunt razor. The inscription below reads: 'One might as well shave with a saw!'. Signed with initials. Presented in Hogarth style frame. On paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration. Some creasing and light staining to the corners of the paper. Some small marks to the glass and some small losses to the edges of the frame.
