Light scratches and abrasions across the surface of the artwork. Very fine craquelure throughout. Small touch-ins to the paint, notably to the upper margin. Abrasions to the perimeter, behind the rebate. The frame shows signs of wear consistent with age, including scuffs, indentations and fine, stable cracking. The frame has undergone previous restoration work, including repairs to the ornaments.
