Original Late 19th Century Lithograph. Photolithograph on silk. Description on the British Museum website describes the work as a "Souvenir Portrait of Her Most Gracious Majesty Queen Victoria, Empress of India." "Nearly full-length portrait of Queen Victoria, standing holding a fan and wearing the crown of India. c. 1887." Original inscription "From a photograph by Walery, Regent Street" and "Presented with 'The Gentlewoman." Unsigned. Condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration as shown. Inscription described is partially visible.Size
