A charming petit point needlework from the late 19th Century, showing a heartwarming scene of an elderly couple sitting in a close embrace in their home with the cat and dog at their feet. Condition
There is some fading to the embroidery, typical for something of this age. The frame is in remarkable condition with only minor scuffing to the outer edges and slight tarnishing to the gilt.
