A delightful study of magnolia's in a glass jar. The artist has used a cool, pastel colour palette to emphasize the delicate nature of the flowers, with expressive brushwork and areas of impasto. Well presented in a white wood frame with gilt detail. Label attached to lower edge of frame with title. Unsigned. On canvas on stretchers.Condition
In good condition overall. There is some surface dirt and light marks to the frame. Inspection under UV light reveals no restoration.
