A watercolour scene in an old courtyard in Cathedral Close, Exeter. Presented in a gold card mount and a distressed gilt-effect wooden frame. Signed to the lower-left edge. There is a Worth's Art Gallery label on verso that is inscribed with the title. On watercolour paper.

Condition

There is some discolouration and some scuffs and marks to the frame. There is some mild debris trapped beneath the glazing.
