Kate Porter - Framed 1996 Watercolour Blyth Tait & Ready Teddy
Description
A very finely painted watercolour study of the New Zealand equestrian Blyth Tait. Ready Teddy was an eventing horse competitively ridden by Blyth. Together the pair competed in three Olympics, winning gold at the 1996 Summer Games, and took two golds at the 1998 World Equestrian Games.
Excellently presented in a double card mount with gold plaque which reads 'Blythe Tait and Ready Teddy 1996. In recognition of Olympic Gold. Presented by Toggi'.
Signed. On watercolour paper.Condition
The condition is very good. With some very minor foxing to the sky. Also with minor surface dirt to the mount.
