Joseph Netherclift - Original 19th Century Lithograph. All are laid on laid paper. Fascinating set of original lithographs of notable Persian figures from the Zand Dynasty. Some of the images are taken from paintings withing the Palace of Schyras (Shiraz). Depictions include Lotf Ali Khan, the last Shah of Persia, the mother of Khosrow Mirza and a study of an Envoy in Jelowdar. Signed in plate. On wove. All show signs of discolouration due to age. Some are slightly creased and contain some worm holes.
