Description

A charming street scene by English artist John Fulleylove (1845-1908). An inscription to the reverse identifies the location as Fontaine-de-Vaucluse in Southern France, and dedicates the painting as a gift to his friend and fellow artist Axel Herman Haig (1835-1921). Signed and indistinctly dated to the lower left. Well presented in a gilt frame. On paper.

Condition

The condition is typical for a picture of this age including some discolouration and foxing to the paper. Scratches and scuffs to the frame.
