Jemma Jamie Skidmore is a British artist and illustrator. She studied Fine Art at Falmouth University, located on the stunning Cornish coast. After completing her studies, Jemma moved to London and then to Vancouver, Canada, where she worked in television.
Throughout her career, Jemma has worked with many distinguished clients, including Oscar-winning director Steve McQueen, for whom she created picture book props. She has also created illustrations for prestigious publishers such as Simon & Schuster and Oxford University Press.
Jemma now creates her paintings from her home studio in Gloucestershire, England, where she lives with her partner, son, and cat named Blue.
