A late 20th century floral embroidery. Inscribed on the reverse with a quote from Shakespeare's play 'A Midsummer Night's Dream', the line spoken by Titania, Queen of the Fairies 'What angel wakes me from my flowery bed?'. Signed.

Condition

Damage to the material mount. Possibly caused by a previous frame. The main embroidery has remained undamaged.
